June 16, 2023: With an astounding run at the domestic and international box offices, Luv Ranjan directorial Tu Jhoothi Main Makkaar is set to premier on television, releasing on India’s leading Hindi movie channel, Sony MAX on 25th June at 8 PM. The lead pair of Ranbir Kapoor and Shraddha Kapoor is also joined by Bollywood stalwarts Dimple Kapadia and Boney Kapoor in key roles while Bollywood heart-throbs Kartik Aaryan and Nushrratt Bharuccha add a surprise element with an entertaining appearance in the movie.
Tu Jhoothi Main Makkaar highlights the relationship between Rohan aka Mickey (played by Ranbir) and Tinny (played by Shraddha). Mickey belongs to a wealthy Delhi family and ingeniously works as a break-up consultant, joined by his friend and business partner Manu (played by Anubhav Singh Bassi). Mickey and Tinny meet each other and fall in love during Manu’s Bachelor trip in Spain, but love in modern times is not easy. The movie takes viewers on a journey which is full of fun and entertainment till Rohan’s break up service backfires on himself. The story that follows is about how the couple deals with their relationship.
