“No Work Day” in protest against the attack on advocate’s house- DBA Patiala

An emergency meeting has been held under the Presidentship of Adv K P Singh, President, DBA, Patiala, and it has been unanimously resolved to observe “No Work Day” on 24.08.2023(Thursday), to condemn the attack by some miscreants, after illegally entering in the house of Adv Anmoldeep Singh, respectable member of Bar Association, Samana, but the police of P.S. City Samana, has registered false FIR no.84, Dated 21.08.2023, under section 307,506,148,149 IPC and under section 25-27/54/59 Arms Act, against Adv Anmoldeep Singh and his family members. DBA, Patiala condemn the high handedness of the police against our respectable member and his family members.
DBA, Patiala will always stand with legal fraternity and brotherhood and will always raise voice against injustice.
All the respectable Judicial Officers, Revenue Officers, President, District Consumer Forum, Presiding Officer, Labour Court, Chairman, PLA, Patiala and all other authorities concerned are requested to kindly co-operate respectable members and to adjourn all the cases to some other suitable dates and further requested not to pass any adverse order on 24.08.2023.
