A group of bike taxi drivers has written to Delhi Lieutenant Governor VK Saxena over Delhi government’s ban which proscribes them from plying on roads in the absence of a policy. They said the government was adamant on banning their services. “We’ll face difficulties in meeting household expenses, getting our children educated and getting our parents treated,” the drivers said.
