Ukrainian tennis player Marta Kostyuk said she will not shake hands with tour rivals from Russia and Belarus who have not spoken out against the invasion. The 20-year-old last year refused the customary handshake at the net with former world No. 1 Victoria Azarenka at the US Open. Kostyuk said she “barely” says “hi” to Russian and Belarusian players.
