UK tabloid apologises over article saying ‘Meghan should be paraded naked in public’

After multiple complaints and criticism, a UK tabloid has apologised and said it ‘regretted’ publishing Top Gear’s ex-host Jeremy Clarkson’s recent column about Meghan Markle and removed it. Clarkson wrote he dreamed of the day when Meghan is “made to parade naked through the streets of every town in Britain while the crowds chant, ‘Shame!’ and throw excrement at her”.
