US startup Boom Supersonic has partnered with Kratos Defense & Security Solutions to develop an engine for its aircraft. Boom is trying to bring back Concorde-style supersonic flights with its “Overture” aircraft, which aims to cut transatlantic flying time in half while carrying 65-88 passengers.
