The 35-year-old actress, known for playing ‘Lizzie McGuire’ and acting in several movies, said, “Because of my career path, I can’t help but be like, ‘I’m on camera and actresses are skinny.'” She added, “I’m appreciating my health, doing activities that make me feel strong.”
