A research by the University of Glasgow researchers shows computer and smartphone users’ passwords can be guessed in seconds by analysing the heat their fingertips leave on keyboards and screens. They trained an AI model to effectively read the images and make guesses about the passwords. Their system revealed 86% of passwords when thermal images are taken within 20 seconds.
