The Goa government is planning to make it compulsory for bar and restaurant owners to arrange cabs for their customers in drunken state to drop them home or in hotels, in case of tourists. “This is a new norm in Goa for the safety of people. We will implement it very strictly,” state Transport Minister Mauvin Godinho said.
