Tesla CEO Elon Musk has said that “Cybertruck will be waterproof enough to serve briefly as a boat” that can “cross rivers, lakes & even seas that aren’t too choppy”. He added that the electric truck will need to be able to cross the channel between Starbase and South Padre Island. Starbase is a SpaceX’s facility located in Texas.
