World’s most powerful telescope captures star-forming region ‘Tarantula Nebula’

NASA on Tuesday said its James Webb Space Telescope (world’s most powerful telescope) has captured the ‘Tarantula Nebula’ with thousands of never-before-seen young stars visible in the new image. The nebula is located 1,61,000 light-years in the Large Magellanic Cloud galaxy. It is the largest and brightest star-forming region in the galaxy group located closest to the Milky Way.
