Mumbai Police has booked people agitating against the cutting of trees in Aarey Colony in Goregaon where a metro car shed is being constructed. The FIR for trespassing was filed against three persons, while 16 protestors were booked for unlawful assembly. Tabrez Sayyed, a protester, said he was booked because his video on trees being cut went viral.
