English cyclist Joe Truman was knocked unconscious after landing face-first in a 70-kmph crash during men’s keirin event at CWG 2022. Australian defending champion Matt Glaetzer was knocked off after becoming tangled with another rider, following which Truman ran into him. Truman regained consciousness after a while and was seen receiving oxygen from medics before being taken to a hospital.
