An Emirates flight from Dubai to Brisbane flew for around 14 hours with a large hole on its side. The airline said it was created when one of the tyres burst shortly after take-off. “At no point did it have…impact on…fuselage, frame or structure of…aircraft,” Emirates stated. No passengers were injured and the flight was able to complete its journey.
