Trains set on fire in Bihar, Uttar Pradesh amid protests against Agnipath scheme

At least two coaches of a passenger train were set on fire at Mohiuddinagar Station in Bihar’s Samastipur amid protests against the Agnipath scheme. Protesters also set a train on fire at Luckeesarai Junction. The agitators vandalised Lakhminia Railway Station and blocked railway tracks. Notably, a mob set a train on fire in Uttar Pradesh’s Ballia amid the Agnipath protests.
