A case has been filed after a video showing a car being driven on a beach in Goa went viral on social media. Police said Lalit Kumar Dayal from Delhi was booked for driving the car, which he had rented. The video captured by Pranav Arlekar showed the car being driven rashly and later getting stuck in sand.
