Actor and BJP MP Ravi Kishan took to social media to share the news of his elder brother Ramesh Shukla’s demise. He was being treated for cancer in Delhi’s AIIMS. “I thought I will save you…but I couldn’t,” Ravi Kishan wrote in a tweet. “After father’s death, my elder brother’s demise is painful,” he said.
Ravi Kishan’s elder brother Ramesh Shukla passed away on Wednesday. He was recently diagnosed with the last stage of cancer. The actor-politician confirmed the news to indianexpress. He said, “He (Ramesh) was not keeping well for a long time. He was recently diagnosed with last stage cancer. He passed away.” Shukla was being treated in Delhi’s All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS). Ravi also shared the news of his brother’s demise on Twitter. In his tweet, the actor mourned Shukla’s death and regretted not being able to save him.
