Stare at smokers to stop them: Hong Kong Health Minister to people

Hong Kong’s Health Secretary Lo Chung-mau has advised people to stare at those who are smoking in non-smoking public areas to discourage the habit. “When someone takes out a cigarette at a restaurant, everyone on the premises can stare at that person. I don’t believe that person would dare to hit back at everyone…as they are simply staring,” said Chung-mau.
