In view of the rising water level in the Yamuna, the AAP-led government on Thursday banned the entry of heavy goods vehicles from the Loni, Chilla, Badarpur and Singhu borders in Delhi. The inter-state buses will terminate at the Singhu border and not at ISBT Kashmere Gate. The government added this order doesn’t extend to trucks carrying essential items.
