US President Joe Biden said he thinks Ukraine isn’t ready for membership in NATO. “I don’t think there’s unanimity in NATO about whether or not to bring Ukraine into…NATO family…in the middle of a war,” Biden said. “I think we have to lay out a rational path for Ukraine to be able to qualify to get into NATO,” he added.
