Over 200 people, including tourists and locals, have been left stranded after a flash flood hit Himachal Pradesh’s Mandi, police said on Sunday. The police added that a road was shut due to a flood following a cloudburst around a bridge, causing a bus carrying students and many vehicles to get stuck. A video of the incident has surfaced online.
