A man was caught on a CCTV camera sexually assaulting a stray dog in Bihar’s Patna, following which an NGO filed a police complaint. The incident from Phulwari Sharif, which took place on Holi (March 8), came to light recently and police have started investigating the matter. Action will be taken against the accused under Animal Act, police said.
