Union Minister Nitin Gadkari said that the construction work of the Delhi-Dehradun expressway will be completed by the end of December this year, reducing the journey time between the two cities to just two hours. Gadkari said that the ‘Char Dham Yatra’, which goes on for six months, will take place throughout the year.
