TikTok a potential target in bill to ban foreign tech: US Senator

US Senator Mark Warner said he and Republican Senator John Thune plan to introduce legislation this week aimed at letting government “ban or prohibit” foreign technology products. Warner said TikTok would be “one of the potentials” for review under the bill, adding he was concerned that TikTok “can be a propaganda tool” based on the videos it sends to users.
