First AC double-decker e-bus to hit Mumbai roads next week

Mumbai’s first AC double-decker e-bus will start operating in the city next week. Initially, five buses will be operational on the Kurla-Santacruz route. These buses can carry 78 commuters and, unlike the normal double-deckers, will have doors on both sides. BEST plans to introduce 200 more such buses on various routes across the city by the end of March.
