Men dance with rifles while drinking on Ghaziabad road, video out

A video purportedly showing a group of men brandishing rifles, dancing and playing loud music in the middle of an elevated road in Uttar Pradesh’s Ghaziabad has surfaced online. UP Police, in a statement, said they have identified their car and its owner. A case has been registered against the car owner and police are trying to locate him.
