Ex-India captain Mithali Raj has been appointed mentor and advisor of Women’s Premier League (WPL) franchise Gujarat Giants, which is owned by Adani Sportsline. Mithali tweeted, “The Women’s Premier League will be the biggest game-changer women’s cricket has seen. Thank you so much, Pranav Adani for this wonderful opportunity.” The WPL auction will reportedly take place in February.
