Russia’s Yakutsk, the world’s coldest city, recently recorded a temperature of -50°C, with pictures from the region surfacing online. A resident of Yakutsk said, “There are no special secrets to deal with the cold…Just dress like layers of cabbage.” According to reports, some people had frozen eyelids in Yakutsk in 2018 due to increasing cold.
