A woman has filed a lawsuit in Delhi High Court against her partner for allegedly deceiving her by suppressing his marriage and continuing a relationship with her for years. She has sought ₹3 crore as damages and another ₹2.38 lakh from her ex-boyfriend as the cost incurred by her due to the relationship. HC has issued summons in the case.
