MCD house adjourned without mayoral polls after AAP & BJP members clash

The MCD house was adjourned without polls for the post of the mayor on Friday after members of AAP and BJP clashed at the civic centre. AAP councillor Parveen Kumar said, “Swearing-in of the nominated councillors was being held first. A ruckus broke out when we objected to it.” Meanwhile, BJP claimed the ruckus was started by AAP members.
