Thinking that Hollywood is more progressive is nonsense: Shruti Haasan

Actress Shruti Haasan said that to think that Hollywood is “more progressive” is “nonsense” as she believes that it’s also male-driven and fighting several issues, including ageism. “It’s…male-driven society…[and] industry…we (women) are fitting into that,” she said. Talking about ageism, Shruti said she’d like to focus on “roles you can play with…certain…experience”.
