Actress Bhumi Pednekar, speaking about the pay disparity in the film industry, said it’s a norm that she will not be paid as close to what her male co-star is being paid. “I could have as many ₹100 or ₹200 crore films as my male co-star…it won’t change with us fighting. It has to happen from every aspect,” she added.
