Top seed Joshna Chinappa won a record 19th national title, defeating 14-year-old second seed Anahat Singh 11-8, 11-9, 11-9 in the women’s singles final at the 78th National Squash Championship in Chennai on Saturday. In the men’s singles final, top seed Abhay Singh beat Velavan Senthilkumar 11-13, 11-7, 11-6, 11-4 to win his maiden national title.
