Iranian actress Taraneh poses without headscarf amid protests over 22-yr-old’s death

Amid anti-government protests in the country, top Iranian actress Taraneh Alidoosti posted an image of herself on Instagram without a headscarf. Alidoosti, best known for her role in the Oscar-winning film ‘The Salesman’, also held a sign reading, “Woman, Life, Freedom.” Protests over the death of 22-year-old Mahsa Amini in police custody are entering their seventh week.
