Online forum Planet for Plants and Animals (PPA), along with the students of Mithibai College, will be putting reflective collars on approximately 2,000 stray dogs to protect them from accidents at night. The drive would be launched at the Marine Drive today. It will be completed in a phased manner over a period of six weeks.
