Ex-Donald Trump advisor Steve Bannon sentenced to 4 months in jail

Former White House advisor Steve Bannon on Friday was sentenced to four months in prison on two counts of contempt. The US federal judge further ordered the former advisor to Donald Trump to pay $6,500 as fine. The two counts of contempt are for refusing to provide documents and testifying in the investigation of the January 6, 2021 Capitol riots.
