South African actress-model Charlbi Dean died aged 32 in New York City due to a sudden illness. She had a co-starring role in ‘Triangle of Sadness’, which was awarded Palme d’Or at the Cannes Film Festival 2022. Charlbi, who was born in Cape Town, signed with a modeling agency aged 12 and made her screen debut in 2010 film ‘Spud’.
