The US and China, the world’s two biggest emitters of greenhouse gases, have clashed on Twitter on steps to mitigate climate change. Reacting to a new US climate law, China’s Foreign Ministry on Tuesday tweeted, “Good to hear. But…can the US deliver?” In response, US Ambassador to China Nicholas Burns wrote, “You can bet America will meet our commitments.”
