CNG, PNG prices increase by ₹6 and ₹4 respectively in Mumbai; 5th hike in 2022

Compressed Natural Gas (CNG) and domestic Piped Natural Gas (PNG) prices have increased in Mumbai, effective from midnight of August 2. CNG will now cost ₹86/kg, after an increase of ₹6 and PNG will cost ₹52.50/Standard Cubic Metre (SCM), after an increase of ₹4. This is the fifth time in 2022 that CNG and PNG prices have increased in Mumbai.
