China’s gambling enclave Macao extended its COVID-19 lockdown by another five days on Saturday as it battles one of the biggest virus outbreaks in two years. Now industries and commercial companies will remain closed until July 23 and all dine-in services have been suspended. Macao has reported around 1,700 infections since June 18 and is in lockdown since July 11.
