Bihar college students asked to write exam using phone torch light

The students of RD & DJ College, Munger in Bihar were asked to use the torch light of their mobile phones to write an exam. The incident occurred after there was a power cut amid rainfall and the college generator was not working. “The college and university here are playing a cruel joke with students,” said a student.
