Grandchild in a year or pay ₹5 cr: Parents who sued son, daughter-in-law in U’khand

A couple from Uttarakhand has moved court against their son and daughter-in-law demanding either a grandchild within a year or ₹2.5-crore compensation each from the son and daughter-in-law. “They were wedded in 2016 in hopes of having grandchildren,” petitioner SR Prasad said. “I gave my son all my money…got him trained in America…I don’t have any money now,” Prasad added.
