Delhi witnessed its warmest April day in 12 years on Thursday amid heatwave, with the Safdarjung observatory recording a maximum temperature of 43.5° C, PTI reported. Delhi had registered a maximum temperature of 43.7° C on April 18, 2010, while its all-time high temperature for April was 45.6° C recorded on April 29, 1941, the report added.
