BJP leader Shankudeb Panda has filed a complaint with the ED alleging that a company linked to TMC MP Nusrat Jahan cheated 429 people of ₹5.5 lakh each on the promise of giving them apartments. He claimed that Jahan was a director and shareholder of the company and had illegally acquired the funds raised. However, Jahan has denied the allegations.
