Monkeypox may’ve spread by gay, bisexual sex at 2 raves in Europe: WHO Advisor

The spread of monkeypox in developed countries may be a “random event” that can be linked to two recent events held in Europe, a leading advisor to the WHO has said. One of the foremost theories to explain the spread is sexual transmission among gay and bisexual men at rave parties in Belgium and Spain, Dr David Heymann said.
